Job Description
The Senior Information
Systems Analyst would be responsible for supporting the development of a centralized information system that will assist the team in decision making and providing
guidance to clients.
The role will function in partnership with the FoxBrains client's Information Technology Services and Teams to assess current internal and external
information sources, and design an information system to support global assistance operations.
Key Responsibilities
I. Liaisoning
- Help identify the data requirements of the and operations staff across the company, and the potential data sources to fulfill these requirements
- Work with regional / global department heads and others to create and maintain a unified data repository for the enterprise.
- Identify opportunities for information technology to assist the teams across the group.
- Guide internal or 3rd party programmers to develop the information system
- Create guidelines for demonstrations and training as part of an implementation strategy for new information systems.
II. Creation
- Create a data repository that will provide a single centralized location (database) that can be accessed via a geographical-based interface.
- Develop an intuitive, simple and visually appealing graphical user interface
- Ensure access to a full spectrum of information can be achieved quickly and seamlessly by the end user
Required Qualifications
•
Masters or Doctoral
degree in an
Information Technology
related field.
•
Experience in web
application development and
XML data transfer
•
Strong skills in one or more of the following -C++,C,Java,Visual Basic,C#
• Strong background in analysis & design of solutions integrating different applications
•
Experience in Extract,Transformation & Loading(ETL) processes and tools -a plus
•
Exposure to Geospatial knowledge management
– preferred

- Is a systems thinker with strong organizational skills who can pull all the pieces together and deliver on time and within budget.
- Is a strong manager who is adaptable and has strong collaborative management style, a creative thinker with high energy and enthusiasm, and a team player who promotes the concepts of people working together versus individual performance.
- Should be able to understand major trends in healthcare and managed care, and is familiar with point of care products and informatics trends and tools.
Required Work Experience/Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years experience in Information Technology and system design
- Excellent knowledge of infrastructure design for creating a data repository.
